CONSULTATION
Our team performs a full room by room evaluation of the whole house as if we would be that potential buyer. We take pictures and look at furniture, hallways, home focal point, and lighting etc.
You get a very detailed Staging Report with pictures markups of your home, which includes specific recommendations by room, so you know what to remove and declutter. This report is sent following the consultation followed with Staging the GTA Contract/Agreement.
Also note, we are very flexible, can work with your time and budget!
OCCUPIED HOMES
We work with existing items in your home. Our team will select appropriate furnishings, lighting, wall art, decor and accessories to complete the look that today’s house buyer is seeking. Rental item prices include delivery, set-up and removal following sale of the property.
VACANT HOMES
A vacant house does not show any vision, they are not very warm and inviting. We use trendy furnishings and accessories to transform a cold space into a cozy warm and inviting space buyers can connect with.
