Staging prices can start at $1500 for Occupied homes and $2000 for Vacant homes.
It also depends on the quantity/quality of furniture required to showcase a home to have that wow factor to sell.
Our policy requires a minimum rental period for one month (30 days). Any renewal beyond the 30 days will be subjected to 50% of the first month's rental fee. You will receive an invoice link by email to make payment.
